I have looked at all emails from Michael Torbert and Semper and cannot find any download link for the original version of 1.76. I may have downloaded the free version and then bought a licence, so I would already have the download. I need to upgrade to the latest version. How do I get the download link? Once I have the download, I should be able to follow your instructions.

Hi Steve:
I did this yesterday - but I got another copy of the old version - not the current version. My blog reports "There is a new version of All in One SEO Pack Pro available. Go to the plugins page for details." But the plugins page yields no apparent link, or no way to access the current version. My download link: http://plugins.com/store/recei.....?ouid=xxxx
- seemingly produces the original version instead of the current version as your post suggests it should.

I have been trying to get the upgrade to version 2.1 of the AIOSEOP but cannot find an upgrade link in WordPress. I have version 1.76.10 installed.
Has anyone any ideas.

Thank you! I found the line with the code (sheer dumb luck) and changed it so I can now log in. That part worked. I am using WP 3.0.4 and will update WP to see if I can then also upgrade AIOSEOP without an issue. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I honestly don't remember what verison of WP was being used and since I cannot log into the account because of this issue I am unable to upgrade it if necessary. I am also in my FTP files trying to edit the aioseop_module_class.php file but I have no idea where line 612 is. I am simply doing a 'trial and error' thing right now.

Are you running a version of WordPress that's pre-WordPress 3.1? The fix for this is to edit your aioseop_module_class.php file and change line 612 to read as follows:

$screen = '';

Alternatively, you could try upgrading WordPress

UPDATE: ANOTHER AIOSEP error on this same topic. I just received an email from LinksAlpha regarding my RSS feed (below):

"Our system had trouble retrieving RSS feed for one of the websites added to your account on LinksAlpha.com. Details are as follows:
URL of RSS feed: http://www.insuranceforinvesto.....feed/atom/."

I went to the URL and here is the error code causing THIS RSS issue (also related to AIOSEOP). Error codes below....

I appreciate any response anyone on this forum may give me as this is a CRITICAL issue. While I am not a coding guru like many of you (I'm an rough amateur at best) I was in my website's WordPress dashboard making some site changes as I am preparing to begin a large online marketing and branding campaign and I am in the process up upgrading from some 'free' plugins to the 'Pro' versions of them if the added features make sense for what I need. While logged in, I saw that the AIOSEP (one of the plugins I was considering purchasing the 'Pro' version of) needed to be updated. I hit the 'Automatically Update' link and IMMEDIATELY got the fatal error code below. I have no idea what this is for and, to make matters worse, it is preventing me from logging into my WordPress account altogether. I have restarted the browser, cleared cache, etc. and as soon as I enter my user ID and password for Wordpress, I immediately get a blank page with this same error code displaying. I can't even get into WordPress now to disable plugins or find out what is happening. I have several updates to do and some advertising code that I must insert (that we are paying $2K a month for now) but I can't even log into my site to perform these tasks because this plugin and/or update is preventing me from doing so. Any idea how to fix this issue????? The error code I am getting is below.
