All in One SEO Pack adds rel=’prev’ and rel=’next’ to paginated content and archives, similar to how WordPress core adds it to single posts to link to adjacent posts. You can change these URLs, or remove them completely using the aioseop_prev_link and aioseop_next_link filter hooks.

For example:

// Change rel='next' to something else.
add_action( 'aioseop_next_link', 'change_next_url' );

function change_next_link( $current_url ){
  return '';

// Remove rel='prev'.
add_action( 'aioseop_prev_link', '__return_false' );
