The indexing of images is working a little too well (I am not complaining), so what I would like to see is a feature added where we can have greater control over which images in the media library can be indexed by Google.

For example: Imagine a Pinterest style site where you have a small image and then when you click on the image it takes you to a blog post with a larger image which is identical. These images are not coming from one source ( i.e the smaller image is not a thumbnail), they are actually two images in the media library with separate titles and descriptions. For image search I really only want Google to index one image rather than both, as it is currently doing.

The second feature I would like is one where you can prevent media that is in your media library but not attached to any live post or page from being indexed.
