There is no setting in All in One SEO Pack that will make the categories appear in the search results. Google chooses what it wants to show in search results based on the terms that were searched. All in One SEO Pack gives you more control over what Google will look at on your site, but not necessarily more control over what Google will show. The closer the search term is to an exact site name, the more likely it is that Google will show multiple categories on a that site in the search results.
We do have All in One SEO Pack installed on semperplugins.com, we have the Google+ information filled in and we are using the Social Meta module. I’d recommend that you take advantage of those items in the plugin for your site, also. You can use the Google Rich Snippets testing tool to see how Google is currently viewing your site and how it will be shown in search results.
Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions about the results of the rich snippets test, much of the information shown in the outcome of that test can be edited in All in One SEO Pack.
