I have the pro version running on two web sites.
The site http://www.lanex.com has a custom theme. In it we see that you are adding a second meta description tag far below the original one (which is blank)
On the second site, a fun site about my parrot that I use for fun, http://www.barneythebikingbird.com I am using a standard Suffusion theme. In this case the meta description does not appear at all.
Looking at the “Performance” report in your plug in, neither shows any error. Can you help us find what is wrong?

On http://www.lanex.com/, the only information being output by All in One SEO Pack Pro is what can be found in lines 82-88 in your source code. The other description is most likely being output by your theme. To remove it you’ll either have to edit the code or get in touch with the theme developers to see if they can help you. It’s also possible that your theme is outputting your titles. You can use the Force Rewrites setting in All in One SEO Pack Pro’s Performance section to make sure that your titles are being output by All in One SEO Pack.
For http://www.barneythebikingbird.com/, would you mind posting the link to a page that you’ve entered a description into so we can check out that code? Also, will you post a screenshot of the All in One SEO Pack settings of that page so we can compare them? If you haven’t yet entered a description for any pages, and if you aren’t using the AutoGenerate Descriptions setting, then you’ll need to do one of those things in order for a description to appear in your code. Here is the documentation on Page Settings that explains how to use the different settings for Pages with All in One SEO Pack.
