3 related problems
1. I am running a store based on woocommerce. The product category pages are archives. When I set All In One “Use noindex for Archives:” ON I get noindex in my product category pages from All in One. Is there a good reason to not just turn that off completely?
If so can I have my product pages excluded? Is there a reason I should not exclude product pages?
2. When I turn off “Use noindex for Archives:” I get no entry in the All In One commented area in my page source. BUT I still have meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow” at the top of the source. I have no idea where that is coming from. It is only for product category pages.

Both Use noindex for Archives: and Use noindex for Categories: are currently off in All in one. Any ideas where this top of the source noindex is coming from???
The content=”noindex, follow” that for whatever reason is being generated near the top of the source code isn’t being generate by All In One SEO Pack. For the record search engine indexing collects, parses, and stores data to facilitate fast and accurate information retrieval. To assure that your website will be easily located it’d be best to leave that option on. Try deactivating plugins one by one in order to track down the source of the no-index.

Well I turned off every plugin except woocommerce, it was still there, so I guess woocommerce is the problem. Can not turn that off obviously!
what did you mean by ” To assure that your website will be easily located it’d be best to leave that option on.” What option, and do you mean in All in One SEO?
