I have had a client recently (temporarily until he gets reindexed) lose his rankings for a 40,000 page website in Yandex. I found out the hard way that Yandex was listed in there.
He has a .ru site in which I was doing optimizations for only the /en/ segment of the site and was unaware until the worst…
Not sure why this would be in this list =\

More of a “feature” suggestion. Do not have it in your default list. Not many would notice just checking the box and not looking at the list. The damage was already done to a website but I manually removed Yandex from the list after.

Well, that list is wrong as of todays’ day and age, and that was true it was a bad bot back 2-5 years ago when that bot had problems (So didn’t Yahoo back in its’ day). Really, as I said, the damage is done to a russian and english website and it’s already recovering. I’m just trying to save the hassle for someone else. That’s all.
I wouldn’t just pull a list in without scrubbing it. This will cause a lot of SEO problems. Ahrefs, Semrush, etc all blocked as well? These are major tools in the SEO industry. Just common sense.
