I’ve purchased this plugin with the 12 mnths ‘package’ and so far there is no clear way to either access information about configuring it, or how to get access to the answers in this forum.. no emails, nothing.

Can someone please advise? I notice there are a few other people a little annoyed at the vague and/or deceptive overall handling of this paid version of the plugin, so if possible just a couple of paragraphs with directions for us ‘dummies’ who have sent you money.
