Hello everyone.

I didn’t make any change in my robots.txt, it is activated, see the image below.

It doesn’t have any instructions to not index itself, or any significant page, it simples provide the sitemap.xml see the image below

In the past few days the Google Shopping is declaring error on my products, saying that it’s robots.txt is unreachable, see the image below.

Even though the Google Webmaster is showing that the robots.txt is allowed even to google ads, meaning that is not an error of the server.

I reached Google Adwords and they told me to contact my site developer. But I’m the developer, and i simple use wordpress, it didn’t had an error until few days ago, and i use “All in One Seo” for the robots.txt and sitemap.

I need a fast support please. Thanks.

No, it’s not only the robots.txt, when i fetch my website on google webmaster’s platform, Google displays an error message: “temporarily unreachable” And this is happening since a few days ago (since Sunday). The error is continuous and has been persisting for these days. And because of this fetch error my site is being disaggregated from Google Shopping ads, and it is being steadily downgraded from the organic search, causing direct problem in my sales.

Searching on the internet i saw that one possible cause is that i’ve may passed the google’s crawl limit of 500/week. as you can see screenshot below:

And strangely indeed, in the past few days before the error, it crawled over 20x more than the usual. I didn’t include any new page or plugin by this time. Only updated the configuration of “All in one SEO”. See screenshot below:

I don’t know what i’ve done to make google crawls 20x more, but it affected directly my performance with my ads with google because they canceled all my google shopping products ads. So i need a support soon as possible about configuration. What i have to do to configure correctly for Woocommerce.

I need a suport urgent. Thanks.
