Hi, I’ve have a theme that I purchased that is having an issue with AiOSEOPP. They seem to think the problem is with AiOSEOPP and just happens be be affecting the theme. Here’s the screenshot they provided with little explanation: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s80/sh/cb1a9adc-95a4-49dc-83e5-643dc7269010/d927e82461b2fc265400365b5dfa585c please help! I really need to get this working so I can update my client’s site. I don’t want to disable AiOSEOPP, so I need a solution that allows both to work please.

Okay, I added that line of code, but it didn’t fix it. Same error, same place. Same broken image insert:

As for the steps, here’s the video I sent the theme’s developer, when I thought it was the theme that was broken:

EDIT: is there some way to get email notifications when my threads are replied to?

Can you define “that whole block” a little more clearly? I’m not a Javascript/jQuery programmer, so I’m not real sure of myself on these things.
Side note, the theme’s developer just released an update to the theme: http://grizzly.wegrass.com/doc…..date-logs/ in which the only update is “FIX – jQuery conflict issue”. He didn’t say anything to me about it (but the theme has an update notification thing). So I asked him and haven’t heard back yet. But I’m guessing that it’s specifically targeted at this. So help me out here: does all this mean that AiOSEOPP has a bug, but it’s one that probably shouldn’t be affecting this theme, especially in this situation?

WoooHoooo! That worked. As far as I can tell there’s no issues with AIOSEOPP and the theme’s uploader is working correctly (finally). Okay, the theme’s dev said in his last reply that it’s your guys’ issue (thanks for providing much better support than him). If it is in fact just a conflict, then it’s really his issue too. But I’m just trying to assess: what’s the probability that you would include this changes in the next update of AIOSEOPP that would mimic what you’ve provided here? I just want to keep AIOSEOPP current and updated, but also don’t want to break the functionality of that theme/site. I’m going to encourage him to look at changing the theme, since I’m sure AIOSEOP is far more widely used. However, his last reply sounded fairly final, that he would not be updating the theme to fix this, because it wasn’t his issue. Let me know. Thanks.
