Dear admin/developer,

I recently purchased Subscribe2HTML and I am sorry to say, I am disappointed!

This plugin sounded great by its features but the number of problems I am having to set it up to work the way I wantjust does not seem to work

Here are my problems with this plugin!

Problem 1.

I entered the License Key in the Settings but there is no validation or confirmation that the License Key is approved or whether the Premium functions are in function or not?

Problem 2.
I have entered just a plaintext “hi” in “New Post Email” template and did a “Send Email Preview”
Perfect, I received the email. But here is the source code of the HTML email I received:

[code][The Style Project | Blog] <a href="http://www.thestyleproject.com.au/blog/test4/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Test4</a>hi[/code]

Why is it adding a within the tag?

Problem 3.

I can see, it is attaching my wordpress theme’s CSS

This is what my CSS file looks like

h1.big {
font-family: “Candara”;
font-size: “24px”
}

and this is my entry now in the template:

blank-png.png

hi

after sending a preview email, h1 is not formatted as desired in the attached CSS

this is the source code of the message i received in HTML full preview in my email

[The Style Project | Blog] <a href="http://www.thestyleproject.com.au/blog/valentines-day/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Valentines Day </a>blank-png.png

hi

again, can be seen within and according to the source code, CSS file is attached, but why is my text not formatted accoding to my style in CSS?

Problem 4.

i have however tried in-line CSS styling and it seems to work

but, when i try to add {TITLE} in the body of template, it changes itself to a hyperlink in the preview email message

here is my entry in template:

blank-png.png

{TITLE}

and here is the source code of the email message i received:

[The Style Project | Blog] <a href="http://www.thestyleproject.com.au/blog/valentines-day/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Valentines Day </a>blank-png.png

Valentines Day

as you can see, it created the hyperlink of the {TITLE} tag which I used in my template!

i don’t want it to be a hyperlink, i want it to be formatted text with the in-line style i applied

how do i fix it?

——————————————

i hope you understand the issues i am having with the plugin

i can provide you with the License key purchased upon request

i can also send you screenshots of each problem listed above

thank you in advance

your help will be highly appreciated!

Thank you Matt,

I am now a happy customer! Your support is great!

I am using p tag with style and it’s working perfectly. However, I wish I could link my CSS. Hope you can fix it in future too.

One last thing:

Is it possible to add SMTP settings somewhere in the plugin and make the plugin to send out emails using that SMTP account?

Because, by default, the plugin is using the web hosting SMTP to send emails out and a lot of email providers are treating it as Spam

I hope you can add this feature in the future versions too.

Thank you in advance! This plugin is great!
