I’ve been using TT Subscribe2 Frontend on a site for a couple of years, but saw that a couple updates back, it’s noted that you’ve abstracted the subscription management so it can be used anywhere, thus (I think?) eliminating the need for TT Subscribe2 Fronted. However, I can’t find any documentation on actually implementing a subscription management form. I tried using the [subscribe2] shortcode, but it just generates a sentence with a link to the WP Admin s2 settings page, which is not what I want.

Did I misunderstand? Is there a simple way to implement a frontend form for a user to manage subscriptions when they’re logged in but do not have access to WP Admin?

Ahhh, it’s under the “Appearance” tab.

So, I see I can (and have) used the s2_authors filter to set $authors to an empty array, which removes that whole section from the form. But it doesn’t look like there are any other hooks for editing the form content for this form.

e.g. We have several excluded categories. These excluded categories still show up on the form members use to manage their subscriptions. I want to remove them. I also want to hide the “Receive email as:” section, since the organization only sends to members and only wants to send HTML. I don’t want to do it via frontend manipulation, but it looks like my only option then is hacking the class-s2-forms.php plugin file. Is that correct?

Thanks!
