Hi,

My client would like to have users become unsubscribed immediately after clicking the Unsubscribe button on the signup widget. They do not want users to have to confirm via email. They’d like instead for the user to immediately be unsubscribed and shown the confirmation page that you’d usually see after clicking the link in the Unsubscribe email.

Is something that’s been done before? Or any suggestions on how to go about this?

Thanks,
J

Hi,

Thanks for your reply!

Changing

$status = $this->send_confirm(‘del’);

to

$this->delete($this->email);

gives this error message: “Sorry, there seems to be an error on the server. Please try again later.”

Got it. Didn’t realize I had to remove the if/else. Thank you!
