Hello

I have upgraded to the latest version of this plugin and the integration has gone well. Where do I input the appropriate information so that it shows me as the author at the bottom of my blog posts? I thought rel=author handles this but I can’t see it in the code.

I’m getting this error in the structured data testing tool: “Automatically detected author name on webpage: Not Found.”

Regards

Sandra

Thanks Steve. I had gone through those already looking for an answer but I could not find the answer to this particular problem.

The theme developer has said they don’t support rich snippets when I spoke with them awhile back and advised me to use one of your competitor’s products so it seems that I’m stuck with the problem.

Yes, I used the wrong terminology, I meant Google Authorship and got confused along the way. I am learning so please do not be too hard on me. I thought that this error “Automatically detected author name on webpage: Not Found.” meant I needed to add a byline.

I will get someone to look at my site as everything is fine except that one problem and I really don’t know how to rectify code problems.
