I do not have a pay pal account, and had to follow some extended way to pay using some third party.

As a result, i was unable to get to the plugin your normal way, or at least the way described in the FAQs. I got an email with a http link that i had to download and then upload (after rezipping it because the mac unzipped it) , which i did after deactivating and deleting the free old SEO pack. After activation of the pro plugin, i get a message that i do not have sufficient permissions. I can log in to the forum but somehow cannot get past the step to register the plug in.

After many frustrating emails with your team, you have come up with no solution. Apparently your emails never make it to my email address, nor do of my emails get to you unless i go to the contact page. We have exchanged several frustrating emails, but neither have resolved the permissions issue. I have activated deactivated, deltedte several times, as you have requested, this will soon become very frustrating for both parties.

I have a possible issue that could be impacting, that i ask your information. I have changed the email address that i use since i first downloaded SEP pack. The SEO account is under one email address my web site is under another email address. Would that impact what is happening.

While you have set on you butt, sending me the same message over and over again, i have spent almosgt 10 hours trying to work this out with no response. I have tested my theory above and i do in fact have two email addressed, a free one for which i sent a donation, and a pro version. Now if you can at least respond to me after two days of sending emails requesting service.

Your plugin really ought to be good for me to go though all this effort, that is the only thing that keeps me going, but getting frustrated, with no service.

Dear peter,

I have sent you six emails with the PDFs of the errors, you have neither acknowledged my emails or anything. Here it is once more.

http://______/admin.php?page=a….._class.php Page 1 of 1:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I am glad to know it isn’t suppose to do this, but understand that telling me to resend this information, doesn’t solve my problem. Can you at lleast give me the courtesy of letting me know that you have received this email address.

I agree that if i can get the license number in all would be okay, the problem is that i get this message whenever i try to enter it. Yes i have deleted and removed the old SEO. Yes I have downloaded — 5 times — the zip file and activated it. I still get this message.

Three days is too long to address this issue.
