I have a client that lost her entire website due to a hosting error. I have recreated her entire site, but am having issues with Subscribe2 HTML. I want to make sure that I have the most recent version because what I am seeing in admin does not match the screen shots on your website. However, I cannot find anywhere to download the most current version and the plugin itself does not tell me that it needs to be updated. She did purchase a license through wp-plugins initially. How do I obtain the current version of the plugin?

The original purchase was 3 Dec 2012 and it shows that it is still active. However, when I log in and try to download, it gives me a page that says, “Sorry, we can’t find the content you’re looking for at this URL. Please try selecting a menu item from above or go to the side of this message to get where you’d like to go.” Basically, there is no way to obtain the download from the WP Plugins website. WP Plugins is no longer an active site and we received an email notification a while back that Semper Plugins had taken it over. Since my client is still has an active subscription, we need to get the download from you. How do we do that?

That is exactly what I did. Once you click on the download link next to where it lists the Subscribe2 HTML Plugin that we had previously purchased, it bring you to a new screen that says, “Sorry, we can’t find the content you’re looking for at this URL. Please try selecting a menu item from above or to the side of this message to get where you’d like to go.”

As I stated before, there is NO download here even though there should be!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not receiving any assistance from the other website. What will it take for us to get this working? Do we need to purchase the script again? That seems a bit unfair. It seems that we should perhaps only need to purchase the support plan. However, since we have lost the original script when the hosting server went down, we do need to make sure that we get the most recent version of the script. Since we already purchased it from the other website, I do not think we should be required to purchase it again. Please advise asap.
