Good day.

I have AIOSEO Pro installed on my multi-site – and it is network activated.

Prior to adding another site – I entered the license key provided on purchase.

This enabled me to turn on advanced features for custom post types/taxonomies. I had this activated and working – so this was a good result.

Since adding a sandbox site (another site to the network) I can no longer access the Taxonomies meta on the original site (and in the network admin) and the sandbox site.

Looking at the general settings on my Network Admin, there is no longer a place for the license key – and previous settings relating to taxonomies are not longer available

e.g.

Can you please assist. I don’t think providing the URL of my site on this occasion will be of any benefit as it’s all in the back end of wordpress where this is taking place.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Thank you Peter for your timely response.

For the record – I am working multiple installs on multiple client sites (one of the best features of the pro version by the way) – and with risk of embarrassing myself – I was in an incorrect instance of WordPress.

So for the benefit of anyone reading this – there was no issue with the plug in – simply my lack of attention to what I was doing.

I am very much enjoying the plug-in and believe it is great value. It’s addressing all my needs thus far – keep up the good work.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Following on from this post:

I have now upgraded to pro on the correct WP instance (including the latest version – and deleted the free version).

The upgrade went smoothly.

I now have SEO capeability on product pages, but not on Woo commerce Categories (Taxonomies).

I have followed your instructions above and on your Support pages, however, no ability to control meta on Woo Commerce Category pages.

I have included a screen shot of the options selected. What I find odd is that their are three ‘category’ options in the ‘sEO on only these taxonomies:’ area.

Further, I have a networked site. In the plug in panel of my Network admin – I have the option to go to the ‘Options configuration panel‘. I am logged in as super admin for the network – yet when I select this option – I am told ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’

Happy to hand over credentials privately if required?

Thanks,

Andrew

Great, thanks Steve and Peter. All ok. So many ‘categories’ I was blind to it.

Peter, regarding where I saw the link to Options configuration panel:

Thanks,
