Hello!

Please, everything was working fine since I updated to version 2.4.10.2 it is making my wordpress admin panel very very slow.

Please, I have made the 2 tests bellow:

——————–

Test 1:

Disabled all the plugins, and enable the standard Theme Twenty Fifteen.

Afterwards, I opened the “Installed Plugins Area” from the Wordpress Admin Panel and wait to page complete load.

The results were: Memory used: 13,369,344 bytes. – Peak Memory used: 13,893,632 bytes. – Process Time: 0.282 seconds.

Afterwards, I  Enabled: “All in One SEO Pack Pro” and opened the “Installed Plugins Area” from the Wordpress Admin Panel.

The results were: Memory used: 15,204,352 bytes. – Peak Memory used: 15,728,640 bytes. – Process Time: 41.620 seconds.

——————–

Test 2:

Disabled all the plugins, and enable the Theme The7.

Afterwards, I opened the “Installed Plugins Area” from the Wordpress Admin Panel and wait to page complete load.

The results were: Memory used: 16,515,072 bytes. – Peak Memory used: 16,777,216 bytes. – Process Time: 0.348 seconds.

Afterwards, I  Enabled: “All in One SEO Pack Pro” and opened the “Installed Plugins Area” from the Wordpress Admin Panel.

The results were: Memory used: 18,350,080 bytes. – Peak Memory used: 18,612,224 bytes. – Process Time: 41.417 seconds.

——————–

The server is ok, I am running in a dedicated SSD server, 4GB RAM, 2 CPU, there is practically no processor being consumed by this wordpress.

I have re-installed (updated) wordpress core to lastest update and the low behavior ate still the same.

Looks like something changed in your pluging that is making the admin panel become slow.

Please, How can I solve it?

Thanks in advanced.

Michel,

The same issue is happening with W3 Total Cache it is slow down very hardly my site.

Could you please tell me what was the problem or at least how did you find the issue?

So, next time I can debug by myself and send a more precise information?

Thanks.

Michael,

Thanks for the repply.

I am managing the server.

So, based on your comments I have decided to update curl on my webserver, now it is as follow. Is this version ok?

Other question: I saw that some error are related with “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5000 milliseconds” and DNS resolution.

But the error happens only after I anable W3 Total Cache

is it possible this plugin is changing anything that cause issues?

is it the same issue as your plugin was causing?

thanks!
