Hi sumitbhatia,

The Dynamically Generate Sitemap setting will generate an automatically updated sitemap.  This setting creates your sitemap on the fly, rather then leaving it as a static page on your site, so any sitemap created when you are using the Dynamically Generate Sitemap setting will include the most current information on your site.
