On many posts which have evergreen content, one may want to delete the dateline in order for the content to not look unfairly dated in the SERPs.
Many competitors do this and when I looked into creating a separate template for these non-dated posts, I ran into a problem. Even after the dateline is removed from the post, it still renders in the meta data and therefore, still shows in the SERPs. Please see attached.
How do I stop this?
Please note I use and have always used regular AIOSEO but I pay for a license for the Pro version to show my support as well as get support.
