Hello, I am able to seemingly create the sitemap using the plugin, but when I try to view the sitemap, it says:
XML Parsing Error: no root element found
Location: https://georarities.com/sitemap.xml
Line Number 1, Column 1:
The sitemap URL: https://georarities.com/sitemap.xml
Thanks,
Michael

Thanks for taking a look, Steve. If you hit the page in Chrome you get the 500 Internal Server Error, but if you hit it in Firefox you get the message:
XML Parsing Error: no root element found
Location: https://georarities.com/sitemap.xml
Line Number 1, Column 1:
^
I checked with my hosting provider and they said they didn’t see anything in the PHP error log that might relate to this issue.
I am using v. 2.4.11.1.1 of All In One SEO Pro Pack. Is there any kind of known issue like this with that version? I am on WordPress 4.7.4 and WooCommerce 2.6.14.
Thanks,
Michael

Ok, will do. Just for the sake of completeness, or anyone else who has this problem, I will add this info to the forum as well, that I included with my submission form:
From my php log I can see an unusual error that might be associated with this problem:
Line 32497: [17-May-2017 17:02:04 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 87 bytes) in /home/georarit/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1841
This is the response from my Webhosting (a WP only hosting service):
“That indicates the site is running out of PHP memory, but we already have this at 512 MB of memory, which is huge (typically plugin devs ask for an account to be increased to 256 MB when an error like this occurs). That likely indicates there is a problem with whatever is generating the sitemap, in that it is trying to use more PHP memory than it should.”
