Using Pro version of All-In-One.
None of the descriptions I put in seem to be picked up by Google.
Home Page Settings –> Home Description says
“The Head Covering Movement is a campaign that seeks to spark a return to the practice of head covering during corporate worship. Read 1 Corinthians 11:2-16.”
but Google shows:
3 days ago – Creation Order. “For a man ought not to have his head covered, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.
Same with all individual posts, the Google description grabs a portion of the text from the page contrary to what I insert. I don’t know how to tell if it’s recongizing my meta keywords but maybe they’re also being ignored???

Google is choosing what it feels is the most relevant description for the term you searched. It’s not possible to force Google to choose a specific description. If Google does over-ride the description in All in One SEO Pack, most of the time the description that Google chooses will be more relevant to the searcher than a description you’ve written.
