Hello, 

After update to v.11.6 and trying to add a new subscription this is the process:

1) Enter email, press subscribe

2) Get window saying email confirmation on the way

3) Email confirmation that I am trying to SUBSCRIBE and to click link to confirm

4) After clicking link am taken to UNSUBSCRIBE page.

5) If I go ahead and click UNSUBSCRIBE button I get a confirmation message that I have successfully subscribed.

(In other words, step 4 is unnecessary and confusing.)

If I try to UNSUBSCRIBE, process works. 

If I ignore the subscription confirmation link in my email then my email is not confirmed as a subscription.

Hi Matt, 

I’ve been doing general site updates in a development environment. New version of WP, new Genesis Framework, etc. Right now in development I have all plugins except Subscribe2 HTML turned off. 

This is the development URL. http://paetc.org/2019dev/subscribe/

I have the Settings–> Appearance page set to the Subscribe to e-News Blasts (which is the same page where the widget is set up). I tried setting up a blank “Thank You” page and trying to send confirmations there and I ended up with a blank page with no confirmations. 

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

On this site I have confirmations set to the Subscripbe to e-News Blasts page and I receive the email and confirmations without issue.
