Hello,

Was attempting to test out some modifications to the template but the preview emails are not being sent.  All other emails site-wide are sending, just not the preview email in Subscribe2 plugin.  Using version 9.4 and also tested/deactivated other plugins to test for conflict.  Cannot yet provide url to site as it is a private site and not for public view. Tried preview email while logged in as different admins and different email addresses (same domain as well as gmail).

Thanks for the plugin suggestion Matthew!  I installed email Log and tested, the preview email is not appearing in email Log either.  Other emails tested did appear.  I used Contact Form 7 plugin as a separate test and that email shows on email Log.  Ay other ideas as to what could be causing?

Hi Matthew,

Send Email Preview worked and sent successfully, received.  Still no luck with template preview email.  Can you tell me where in the plugin I can select to revert to the default template?

Thanks Matthew.  We successfully reset settings and after some additional testing fond the issue to be specific category exclusions.  Once we identified the exclusion we also unchecked all exclusions and Template Preview Tests all sent successfully.
